Abstract
Sulawesi Tenggara’s economy on the second quarter of 2016 as measured by Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at current prices reached Rp. 23.952,22 billion and at constant prices of 2010 reached Rp 19.321,29 billion.
Economic Sulawesi Tenggara second quarter of 2016 grew 6.82 percent (y-on-y) slowed compared to quarterly II-2015 amounted to 7.18 percent. On the production side, the highest growth by Business Sector Financial Services amounted to 21.59 percent. On the expenditure side, the highest growth by component Government Consumption Expenditure amounted to 17.20 percent.
On the production side, the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector is the most dominant contribution to the GDP of Sulawesi Tenggara, amounting to 23.96 percent. On the expenditure side, GDP structure is dominated by components of Household Consumption, amounting to 49.02 percent.
