Abstract

  • The export value of Southeast Sulawesi in June 2021 was recorded at US$481.51 million, an increase of 129.17 percent compared to exports in May 2021 which was recorded at US$210.11 million. Meanwhile, export volume in June 2021 was recorded at 259.39 thousand tons, an increase of 114.92 percent compared to exports in May 2021 which was recorded at 120.69 thousand tons.
  • Southeast Sulawesi's total exports during January-June 2021 reached 1,096.50 thousand tons or US$1,905.58 million.
  • The import value of Southeast Sulawesi in June 2021 was recorded at US$190.09 million, an increase of 33.34 percent compared to imports in May 2021 which was recorded at US$142.57 million. Meanwhile, the import volume in June 2021 was recorded at 385.66 thousand tons, an increase of 1.71 percent compared to imports in May 2021 which was recorded at 379.17 thousand tons.
  • Southeast Sulawesi's total imports from January to June 2021 reached 2,569.82 thousand tons or US$899.45 million.
