Abstract

Consumer Economy Conditions Quarter III-2015

The Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) of Sulawesi Tengggara in Quarter III-2015 was 110.64, meaning that the consumer's economic condition increased from the previous quarter. The level of public optimism is also higher (optimistic) compared to Quarter II-2015 (index value of 102.70).
Increased consumer economic conditions are mainly driven by rising household incomes and rising volume / frequency of household consumption of goods and services.

Consumer Economy Outlook Quarter IV-2015

The value of ITK Sulawesi Tengggara in the fourth quarter-2015 by the public is estimated to reach 104.64, meaning that the economic condition of consumers by the public is expected to improve. The level of consumer optimism is estimated to be lower than the third Quarter-2015 (ITK value of 110.64).
Improvement in the economic condition of consumers in the fourth quarter of 2015 is estimated to occur due to increased plan for purchasing durable goods, recreation, and party / celebration.
