February 2022 Exports Reach US$314.15 Million
February 2022 imports valued at US$74.57 million, down 63.12 percent compared to January 2022
Southeast Sulawesi with all the potential of Natural Resources has opportunities in foreign trade which is reflected in export statistics. Export Statistics Data is obtained from the Export Declaration Document (PEB) from Customs and Excise. Commodities that have been the mainstay of Southeast Sulawesi include iron and steel and various marine products, while export destination countries are spread across the continents of Asia, Australia and America.
The export value of Southeast Sulawesi in February 2022 reached US$314.15 million, a decrease of 21.50 percent compared to exports in January 2022 which were recorded at US$400.19 million. Meanwhile, the export volume in February 2022 was recorded at 149.13 thousand tons, a decrease of 20.47 percent compared to the export volume in January 2022 which was recorded at 187.52 thousand tons.
