August 2022 combined inflation of 2 cities in Southeast Sulawesi by 0.12 percent

Abstract

In August 2022, the combined inflation of 2 cities in Southeast Sulawesi was 0.12 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Ambon at 0.82 percent.
The inflation rate for the calendar year (January-August) 2022 is 4.90 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate (August 2022 against August 2021) is 5.57 percent.
Commodities that contribute to inflation include colleges/universities, household fuel, cars, spinach, online 4-wheeler rates, sand, filter kretek cigarettes, rice, instant dry noodles and katamba fish.
Commodities contributing to deflation include air transportation, shallots, cooking oil, scad fish/benggol fish, kale, red chilies, live chicken, tomatoes, mackerel/bloated fish/banyar fish/gembolo fish/aso-aso fish and fish skipjack/scale fish.
