Abstract

October combined Year on Year (yoy) inflation for 2 cities in Southeast Sulawesi was 3.14 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Tanjung Pandan at 5.43 percent.

In October 2023, the combined inflation for the 2 CPI cities year on year (yoy) will be 3.14 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 118.19. The highest yoy inflation occurred in Tanjung Pandan at 5.43 percent with a CPI of 120.87 and the lowest occurred in Jayapura at 1.43 percent with a CPI of 112.88. Meanwhile, the deepest month to month (mtm) deflation occurred in Tual at 1.08 percent with a CPI of 118.61 and the lowest occurred in Kendari at 0.01 percent with a CPI of 118.66.

Year on year (yoy) inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by the increase in most expenditure group indices
